Clara is actively involved in the community as a mentor and volunteer, and is a member of several business and professional organizations including Women Business Owners of Manitoba and the Manitoba LGBT Chamber of Commerce, a business organization that grew out of a network of support for Gay and Lesbian Business people. She is also an active member of the BNI Elite business marketing group.
